DIGITAL PRODUCTS

No refunds on eBooks once downloaded. This is standard across the industry and protects the integrity of the work. If you have a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us. We'll fix it.

PHYSICAL ORDERS

Return window is 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We accept returns for items with a manufacturing defect or print error, items damaged in transit, wrong items received, and size exchanges if your size is still available.

We do not accept worn or washed items, size changes after 14 days, items damaged through use, or change-of-mind returns on sale items.

Because each piece is made on demand we can't put returns back into stock. In most cases we'll offer a replacement or store credit.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email zurdi@zurdoelite.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Attach a photo if the item is damaged or defective. We'll confirm within 2 business days whether the return is approved. Do not send items back without confirmation first. Once received and inspected, your exchange or credit will be processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping is covered by ZE for defective items. For size exchanges, we split the cost with you.
