We're a lean brand. No warehouse, no inventory sitting in a room somewhere. Each apparel piece is made when you order it — that's the trade-off for quality over volume. Here's exactly what happens after you buy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The ZE Power System — Advantage Zurdo, Zenith Zurdo, Zygo Zurdo, Zen Zurdo — are digital products. Delivered immediately after purchase via email download link, in PDF format compatible with any device. Re-download links available for 12 months. If your link doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

PHYSICAL ORDERS

All apparel — hoodies, polo shirts, caps — is printed on demand by Printful and shipped directly to you.

Production time: Allow 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times after production: Spain and Europe 5–10 business days. Argentina and Latin America 10–20 business days. USA and Canada 7–14 business days. Rest of world 10–25 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. You'll always receive a tracking number.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout — no mark-ups. Orders above €75 qualify for free standard shipping to Spain and mainland Europe.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties set by your country's authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We always include accurate customs declarations.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us. If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll reship at no cost. We can only do this if the address provided at checkout was correct — double-check before placing your order.
